It helps if you tell us your browser, the site you were dictating into, and what you expected to happen. If it is a billing question, include the email address you paid with.
Check these first
A few things we are asked often. Vinzee is a browser extension, so it works on websites only — not in desktop applications, not in Google Docs (its editor is a drawing surface, not a text box), and not in Safari. Dictation needs microphone permission for the site you are on.

Refunds and cancellation
